Italy certainly have a lot of hard work to do if they are to avoid being the wooden spoon ‘winners’, just a 4/11 chance with Ladbrokes.

At 17.00 in Paris, France are just 1/7 with 888sport to beat Scotland, which they should do, but Stan James hand Scotland a 15-point start at 10/11, which could be enough.

Scotland are much improved under Andy Robinson and if they come out fast and hard, could just take the French by surprise.
