Minnesota have had a horror season and need to win 2 of its last 3 games to avoid a 100 defeats for the season. The Twins were Central division champions this time last season but now they sit a massive 31 games below Detroit and have the worst record in the American League. KC may not be great but they are finishing the season in good form, they are 10-3 since September 10th and in Eric Hosmer they have a rookie who has batted .297, and hit 19 homers, on Tuesday he went 5 from 5 against the rampant Tigers. The Twins started the season slow and are finishing it just as slow – they have won just 3 from 22 games. They have a pitcher who has had a woeful season and they cannot be trusted in any way. The Royals are ending the season well and are worth a punt to win this in style.
